How to Order

To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. You can then check out or continue shopping and adding product to your cart. When checking out, you will create an account that will store your personal information, including your name, email and shipping address, so the next time you shop with us, all you will have to do is log into your account. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone.

Payments

We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Personal Checks, and Money Orders

Personal Check and Money Order will be accepted only if the following criteria has been met:

All payments must be denominated in US Dollars
Must be drawn on a US Bank
Checks must be pre-printed with a nine-digit routing number
Checks must clear before shipping
Please contact me by phone or email for an invoice
Make checks payable to C. Hartman Designs

Return Policy

Absolutely no returns on any digital products.

Shipping

All of my products are currently digital/E-Patterns and are downloadable.
You will receive your paid invoice and on that paid invoice will be a download button. Click on the link to download your pattern. This is a direct download.
If you do not receive the link to your pattern check your Spam/Junk Folder they will often show up there. If you do not receive your link please contact me at [email protected]
My patterns will not come to you via mail.
