How to Order

To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. You can then check out or continue shopping and adding product to your cart. When checking out, you will create an account that will store your personal information, including your name, email and shipping address, so the next time you shop with us, all you will have to do is log into your account.  We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone. 

Payments

We accept the following forms of payment:  Paypal, Personal Checks, and Money Orders

 

Personal Check and Money Order will be accepted only if the following criteria has been met:

1. All payments must be denominated in US Dollars

2. Must be drawn on a US Bank

3. Checks must be preprinted with a nine-digit routing number

4. Checks must clear before shipping

5. Please contact me by phone or email for an invoic

6. Make checks payable to C. Hartman Designs

 

Allow 7-10 days for standard shipping inside the Continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will incur an additional $5.00 charge. International orders will be charged additional shipping based on a requested quote.

      Please note that there are no shipping charges on all patterns shipped in the Continental U.S. and Canada only, unless otherwise noted.   

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is my goal.

 

• C. Hartman Designs must authorize all returns prior to shipping.

• If you need to return an item you must call for an authorization number.

• Any returns made without proper authorization will be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense.

• Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.

• Items returned must be in original condition.

• There are no returns on books, patterns, or any other printed material.

• Absolutely no responsibility will be taken for purchases lost or damaged in shipping. Please request a quote on shipping insurance.

Refund Policy

• Shipping charges are not refundable and are not covered for returns.

• Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of returned item. The refund will be given in the same method as purchase was made.
